Which crossings and areas do you serve?
We transfer passengers between the Jordanian side of King Hussein Bridge, Sheikh Hussein Bridge and the Wadi Araba crossing, and cities and areas across Jordan, in both directions.
Do you drive to the other side of the crossing or outside Jordan?
No. Our service operates within Jordan only: we pick you up or drop you off on the Jordanian side of the crossing, we do not provide any transport beyond the crossing or outside Jordan, and we do not handle crossing procedures or visas. The site is available in Hebrew for ease of use only.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during holidays and weekends, to guarantee driver availability.
How do I pay for my ride?
The website does not process online payments at the moment. Our team will confirm the price and payment method with you after we receive your booking request.
What if my crossing time changes?
Contact us as soon as possible with your booking number and we'll update your driver's schedule accordingly.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes, simply select 'Round trip' in the booking form and provide your return date and expected crossing time.
Is the price fixed?
Most popular routes have a fixed price shown on our Routes & Prices page. For less common routes, we'll send you a quote before confirming your booking.
