2. Get your booking number
You'll instantly receive a booking number (e.g. MB-1042) to track and reference your trip.
3. We assign your driver
Our dispatch team matches you with an available, licensed driver who knows the crossing procedures well.
4. Stay updated
Check your booking status anytime on the “My Trips” page using your phone number and booking number, and contact us with any questions.
5. Enjoy your ride
Your driver will be waiting at the agreed point, help with luggage, and take you safely to your destination.
