These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Muabber's booking service for passenger transfers within Jordan, between the Jordanian side of border crossings and Jordanian cities and areas. The service does not cover the crossing procedures themselves or any transport outside Jordan. By submitting a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking request is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by our dispatch team and a driver has been assigned. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm bookings promptly, especially for time-sensitive crossing appointments.
2. Pricing
Fixed prices apply to published routes. For routes without a published price, a quote will be provided before your booking is confirmed. Prices are shown in the currency stated next to them and do not include crossing fees, visas or other border charges, as crossing procedures are not part of our service.
3. Cancellations and changes
You may request changes or cancellation by contacting us with your booking number. Cancellations made close to the travel time may be subject to availability constraints for a refund or rebooking.
4. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for having valid travel documents, visas, and complying with border crossing procedures. Muabber is not responsible for delays or denial of entry caused by documentation issues.
5. Driver conduct and vehicles
All drivers are vetted and licensed. Vehicles are maintained to a professional standard. Any concerns should be reported to us immediately using your booking number.
6. Liability
Muabber acts as a booking and dispatch service. While we carefully select our driver partners, our liability is limited to the value of the booked service, to the extent permitted by law.
