We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it to provide our booking service.
1. Information we collect
When you make a booking, we collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, preferred language, trip details, and any notes you provide.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process your booking, assign a driver, contact you about your trip by phone or WhatsApp, and improve our service.
3. Sharing with drivers
Once a driver has accepted or been assigned to your booking, we share your trip details, name and phone number with that driver only, so they can coordinate pickup. Other drivers do not see your contact details.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices and access controls, and is retained only as long as necessary for service and legal purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us with your booking number and phone number for verification.
